Я не то что не советую. Я просто вижу явное несоответствие пробега (15 тмиль) и цены. Ну не бывает в мире чудес. Вот последние продажи на Манхейме (а именно там, Глобал и купил аппарат):

Каким образом машина может стоить 40к$ в Котке (там ведь есть еще аукционные сборы - я не так давно заплатил за подобную машину $775 Buying Fee, доставка из Тенесси в порт, доставка в Котку, да еще ведь и заработать нужно), если посмотреть на статистку?
