Avtotor factory in Kaliningrad resumes operation amid COVID-19 pandemic

KALININGRAD, RUSSIA - APRIL 15, 2020: Employees weld a front right door of a car at a factory of the car manufacturer Avtotor. On 30 March 2020, the plant suspended operation after the Russian government declared a paid period off work in connection of the COVID-19 pandemic.
