Тоже на 2й; день был жаркий, действительно,
то ли от погоды, то ли от того шо прёт!

 

Не выключал всю зиму, жара была перманентно, причем не смотря на холод держак был, а сегодня дал в пол и на 120 меня выставило боком так что я обо...лся)))

 

Уже успел аццки разорвать 535 f10 на jb
и OPC на ништяках
Нужна куда более тяжелая артиллерия, а то нэ интэресно!

Так, на всякий:

JB4 N54 info, firmware, software, and updates

JB4 2/7 Interface: 2/7 Interface download.

3/7 Firmware Changes:

1) Added TPMS disable for racing wheels / offroad use only to wheel control option 4/6. Even if this feature is enabled you will still see a short reminder light every drive after one mile.
2) For those running FSB meth kits: We removed the MethFlowScaling=99 setting. Start using a MethFlowScaling=60 setting instead for proper meth operation.

2/7 Firmware Changes:

1) Revised fuel open loop algorithms to improve fuel trims. If you experience a fuel pump related code reduce fuel open loop mapping in increments of 5. If fuel trims are maxed out you can increase fuel open loop mapping in increments of 5 up to 100.
2) Added non-turbo map 8. It forces a 3100 limp code disabling turbos with 0% wastegate duty cycle. The final version uses CAN commands to suppress the CEL display in dash, but they are not properly working yet, so this firmware simply allows the CEL/SES to display in dash while map 8 is selected. Once you switch away from map 8 you will need to restart the motor to get your boost back.
3) Added fuel trims to logging as default under Exp1. Trims are displayed as -6% to +34% = 0-50. At 34% (50 in the logs) the DME can no longer add additional fuel and you'll start to see your AFR lean out.
4) Adjusted map3 meth auto learning to be more aggressive in reducing target boost when timing drops are observed while under meth flow.
5) If FutureUseD set to 100 water temp is used in place of oil temp for cold engine protection.
6) When on map 3 if using a CPS offset it is transitioned to 0 as a function of meth flow. Note if using map 6 CPS is NOT transitioned to 0.
7) Remapped CPS to include an additional degree of offset in 4th gear and an additional two degrees in 5th gear.
8) Modified interface to automatically restart firmware update in the event of a timeout during updates.
9) Fixed bug w/ startup sweep engaging randomly when JB4 is used on top of flash tunes or with the BT.
10) Adjusted 2step logic. Further changes are coming to accommodate the new MOSFET 2step circuit being tested in house now.
11) Added a "rattle fix" option. To enable set FutureUseD=99. If rattle is not reduced then you require mechanical adjustment or replacement of the wastegate assemblies.
12) Changed in dash gauge option 4 to over/under boost target. Middle is on target, to the left under target, to the right over target.
13) Added support for progressive methanol mapping on top of flash tunes.
14) Revised various interface field names to better reflect how they are used.

Notes for FBO cars w/ CPS who don't have a meth kit and run on pump gas:

1) Map 6 settings shown are intended for FBO CPS cars on 93-94 octane.
2) To use map 6 on 93 octane you must have downpipes and CPS installed. If you don't have both, don't use map 6.
3) If timing curve shows no drops with map 6 settings you may reduce CPS values by 10 across the board for a slightly more aggressive version.

When updating firmware be sure to also enter and save the new user adjustment settings. "All Map AFR" and "Fuel Open Loop Mapping" are the fields that have changed which you need to update. The updated values can be found in the JPG at the bottom of this post. Custom tuning settings, large turbo settings, etc, do not need to be updated.

Maps:

Map 0: Stock bypass. This is the only map you may use the OBDII diagnostic port with. Set to map 0 before dropping off for service, using a BT, etc.
Map 1: 13psi (suggested for most stock applications)
Map 2: 14.5psi (suggested for those with downpipes and 93 octane)
Map 3: Progressive meth mapping with flow sensor failsafe. See guide to enable. Meth use isn't supported/suggested without a flow sensor and map 3.
Map 4: Stock map w/ CAN active. Allows full logging and in dash gauges on the stock mapping.
Map 5: Autotuning map. Boost ranges between 11-16psi based on your cars octane, conditions, and modifications.
Map 6: Custom tuning map.
Map 7: 16.5psi race map. 100 RM2 octane required.


1) Steering wheel controls menu attached. We will update the chart as new commands are added.

2) If you have an offroad race car with downpipes the DPFIX is no longer needed. Remove it and put its wiring back to stock. If you lost the jumper wires you can relocate 3 wires from unused locations within your PnP harness. Just check for spots that do not have a factory wire connected and salvage the jumper. Turn autoclear on in the JB4 by selecting option 1/3.

3) JB4 has cold/hot oil protection built in. So expect stock like boost until oil temps are > 160 degrees. Same goes for oil temps > 280 degrees.

What is menu 5 for? Why doesn't my speed move in increments of 10 when making selections?

Upon installing the JB4 you'll need to use the menu 5 option to properly calibrate your gauges. Otherwise the numbers on the speedo, fuel gauge, and oil gauge won't align properly. You'll count up to 5 then set the tach based on your model and speedo type. Refer to the link below for the steering wheel controls sheet.

How do I read out and delete codes?

There are two methods. The easiest method for beginners is to connect the laptop interface and use the "read codes" button as indicated in the image below. This will give a full listing along with descriptions. Alternatively for more advanced users or if a laptop isn't available you may use the in dash reading on menu 1 option 1. How does the traction assist work?

If you find traction problems too severe in 1st and/or 2nd gear you can cap the maximum boost/torque achieved in those gears to aid with traction. You'll find them under user settings. A value of 10.0 in 1st and 12.0 in 2nd will limit boost to 10.0psi while in 1st gear and 12.0psi while in 2nd gear. When in 1st or 2nd gear under the boost limit you may hold down the steering wheel volume or talk button to bypass the limit while the button is held down. For example if doing a burn out at the track.

What is MaxCool mode?

MaxCool is an JB4 algorithm that improves engine cooling by increasing the speed of the electric water pump and engine cooling fan as a function of water temperature. When enabled you may hear the very loud engine fan and water pump running more often including at idle. MaxCool can be left on full time if you desire and is compatible with add on oil and water coolers such as the BMW PPK kit.

What are the user settings and which ones should I change?

The only ones you should consider changing are max boost 1st/2nd, boost safety limit, lagfix, and bogfix. The boost limit is a global safety parameter that will failsafe to map 0 if you exceed that value for more than a second. It should be set ~1psi above your desired boost target and normally only needs to be raised for those using methanol injection with much higher boost targets. 1st/2nd gear boost limit reduces boost to improve traction. For cars with poor traction limiting boost in 1st gear to 9psi and 2nd gear to 12psi can offer your tires some relief. Lagfix can be set to 0 to soften the tip in boost if desired. Bogfix is ignored for automatics. For manuals setting it to 100 will hold more boost through high RPM shifts while setting it to 0 disables the feature.

The rest of the user adjustments are only there for troubleshooting or diagnostics. You would only change those under our direction or the direction of a tuner if troubleshooting some specific problem.

If I decide to get the optional USB cable for free firmware updates how to I route it?

For the USB cable you have a couple options. Option 1 is to route it over the rubber grommet under the DME cover and leave it there for quick access.You'll just have to lift up the one snap on black panel and can then route it in the window or door jamb. Друзья, а вообще лучше юзать 2 или 5-я карту?
На 5-й давка в зависимости от условий, т.е. адаптивная.
Не лучше ли использовать ее? для максимальной мощности, доступной в данных условиях!

 

в какой я теме ты чего!)) если г35 была просто соперником то г37 валит просто АЦЦКИ там 333 лошадки от легендарного двигателя!))))) Так что все ваши жабы пустая трата денег надо в инфи вкладывать и камри и будет счастье!

 

Если впуск, выпуск, кулер стоковые, то нет смысла. Пробовал на 5-ой, ваще не едет

 

вот ОРС не трогать это была моя мечта месяца 3 назад я даже видео видел где она инфи г35 объезжает а следовательно и ваши 335 проедет и грязью от колес забросает

Так на 2-й давка 13 psi,а на 5-й от 11 до 16.
То есть на минимуме она даваит 11, считай почти вторая карта (без. кат, впуск)
